| BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Our terms are strictly cash. Goods are despatched by V.P.P./ Railway / Bank authorised Road Transport documents are forwarded per V.P. letter / through scheduled Bank as desired by the customers. 2 . Small orders upto Rs. 1000/- will be sent by V.P. letter. Documents above Rs. 1000/- will be sent through scheduled bank at customers risk. 3 . All the orders should be placed at the factory address or head office address. 4 . Goods will be delivered within 15 days from recieving orders. 5. New customers are require to pay 25% of the initial orders by Money order / Postal order / Bank draft in our favour payable in MUMBAI on advance account. No such advance payment is needed for subsequent orders. 6 . Customers who have once refused a V.P. Parcel / V.P. Letter / Bill assigning no appreciable ground , are required to pay 50% of value of order in advance. 7 . Correspondence and list of medicines should be written preferably in English for punctual and correct execution of orders.Customers should work out orders completely writting names of medicines, potencies clearly. with separate covering letter. 8 . To ensure perfect mailing and booking of parcels customers should write their addresses distinctly in details mentioning names, post offices with pincode numbers , villages , districts , etc. and to instruct as regards mode of transportation of parcels specifying the name of their nearest stations as case in need. 9 . Sales Tax / Central Sales Tax at the prescribed rate, Applicable on the date of sale.The charges of packing , forwarding , postage and freight etc, are charged extra and they are to be borne by the customers, Registered Dealers , claimimng lesser rates of central Sales Tax Form C or D with orders. Orders for IFMSA Products above Rs. 10,000/- will be supplied FOR. 10 . Medicine once sold will not be taken back or replaced. 11 . Our responsibility ceases as soon as we hand over the goods to Carries / Transporters. 12 . All spirituous preparations will be supplied according to latest Drug rules and Govt. Notifications. 13 . Annual Bonus will be adjusted only after receipt of all the bill for which the Bonus is claimed. 14 . Should any customer experience any discrepancy. the matter may be brought to our notice spontaneously.Complaints or suggestions are promptly attended to. 15 . We sincerely assure our customers that any order small or big shall recieve our carefull attention and we shall bestow our best attention to prepare really quality drugs and cater the same at reasonable prices. 16 .
